The American Club issues regulatory compliance guide for China

The American Club issued a guide entitled "Welcome to Greater China! A Shipowner's Guide to Regulatory Compliance", highlighting key regulations of which shipowners should be aware when trading to and from the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The guide focuses on issues of safety, maritime security and marine environmental protection which are especially relevant to locations in Greater China.
